Call 1669 and call us at the same time for chest pain, breathlessness at rest,
stroke symptoms, a head injury with vomiting or confusion, uncontrolled bleeding, or anyone who cannot
be roused. There is no hospital on Railay, so each of those means a crossing — see
evacuation and hospital transfer. Calling early
costs nothing and is the single thing that most changes how these end.
