After we close
Message us anyway. Someone answers, and a doctor is reachable overnight through our
Ao Nang clinic. You will get a straight answer about whether this can wait until
morning or whether you need to move tonight.
That distinction matters more here than in most places. The last boats go around dusk, so the
midnight question on Railay is rarely “clinic or bed” — it is “wait, or arrange a crossing now”. It is
exactly the question we are here to answer, and asking it costs you nothing.
Where we are
We are on the Railay peninsula and reachable on foot from Railay West, Railay East and Phra Nang.
From Tonsai it is a scramble over the rocks at low tide, or a two-minute boat when the tide is in.

There is no street numbering here and no vehicle access, so the map pin will serve you far better than
the postal address.
Getting to Railay in the first place
Longtail boats run from Ao Nang and from Krabi Town’s Ao Nam Mao pier, and leave when they have
enough passengers rather than to a timetable. The crossing from Ao Nang is roughly fifteen minutes.
Boats become scarce after dark and stop in rough weather, which is worth knowing before you plan to
deal with something medical “tomorrow”.
If you cannot get to us
A doctor can come to you on foot across Railay West, Railay East, Phra Nang and Tonsai, usually
within about half an hour — see doctor resort visits.
When you call, tell us which beach and which resort. For Tonsai, also say whether the tide is in or
out, because that decides whether the doctor walks or takes a boat.
What to bring
- Passport if you have it — not required in order to be treated
- Travel insurance details, mentioned at the start of the visit rather than the end
- Any medication you already take, ideally in its box
- For a child: their age and rough weight
